Directly under the Sydney Airport flightpath, government specifications called for the Noiseshield "Double double hung" window system. Incorporated in one frame there was a 400mm air gap between the primary and secondary windows. Combined with the arched top with a curved operable sash to the top, Noiseshield showed its ability to custom design to suit any situation and performance criteria.
